Welcome to Impact Assure Compliance Group (“the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). 

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of impactassuregroup.com and any related services delivered by Impact Assure Compliance Group (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our website or Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. 

Scope of Services

Impact Assure Compliance Group provides compliance consulting, documentation support, training, strategic advisory, and related organizational support services. We do not provide legal, financial, or tax advice. Any decisions made from our recommendations are the responsibility of the client.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate and timely information necessary to complete the project.

Respond to requests, communication, and document submissions within reasonable timeframes.

Maintain responsibility for internal decision-making and compliance with federal, state, and local laws.

Failure to provide required information in a timely manner may delay project progress and may result in additional fees.

Billing, Payments & Refunds

Services are billed hourly or per project as outlined in the service agreement or invoice.

Payment is due prior to the start of services unless alternative arrangements are approved in writing.

Invoices unpaid after 7 days may be subject to late fees.

Due to the nature of professional consulting services, all payments are non-refundable once work has begun.

Project Timelines
Any projected schedule is an estimate based on the information provided at the time of engagement. Timelines may change based on:

The complexity of the scope of work
Client responsiveness
Document availability
External constraints (e.g., monitoring visits, audits)

The Company is not liable for delays caused by client inaction or external conditions.

Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect all confidential and proprietary information shared during the course of engagement. We do not disclose client information to third parties except
When legally required

With client written permission
To contractors or subcontractors necessary to deliver services (who are bound by confidentiality)

Intellectual Property
All materials created by Impact Assure Compliance Group—including frameworks, templates, training tools, methods, and consulting deliverables—remain the intellectual property of the Company unless otherwise stated by written agreement.

Clients are granted a non-transferable license to use deliverables internally within their organization. Redistribution or resale is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability
The Company is not responsible for:
Compliance failures caused by inaccurate information provided by the client
A client’s failure to adopt or implement recommendations
Enforcement actions, penalties, or findings issued by funding or regulatory bodies

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company’s total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for services rendered during the preceding 90 days.

Termination
Either party may terminate services at any time with written notice. Clients remain financially responsible for all hours worked and outstanding payments owed up to the date of termination.

GDPR and Data Protection Compliance
For clients and visitors located in the European Economic Area (EEA):
Personal data is processed only for legitimate business purposes.

Users may request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data by contacting info@impactassuregroup.com.

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information for marketing purposes.

Data may be stored on secure third-party platforms necessary for business operations (e.g., invoicing or scheduling tools), each of which maintains independent GDPR compliance.

Third-Party Websites and Tools
Our website may include links or integrations to external services. We are not responsible for the content, security, or practices of third-party websites.

Amendments
We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute shall be resolved through arbitration or mediation prior to litigation.
